What we collect
You can read Mahjong Mesa without creating an account or giving us any personal information.
- Server and security logs: Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes standard request data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request. This keeps the site running, fast and protected from abuse.
- Analytics: We measure how the site is used, such as which pages are read and which outbound links are clicked, so we can improve our guides. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which doesn't use cookies, and may use Google Analytics, which does use cookies. We use this data only in aggregate.
- Search: When you use the site search box, your search terms are sent to our server to return results. We don't link searches to you.
- Email: If you email us, we receive your email address and message and use them only to reply.
We don't sell your personal information, and we don't collect payment details. Mahjong Mesa doesn't sell anything directly.
Cookies
Mahjong Mesa doesn't need cookies to work. If Google Analytics is active, it sets cookies to tell visits apart. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Our guides link to stores and other websites. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and we don't control what they collect. See our affiliate disclosure for how we handle store links.
Children
Mahjong Mesa is a general-audience site and isn't directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing hello@mahjongmesa.com. If you're in a region with specific privacy rights, such as the EU, the UK or California, we'll respond to requests as those laws require.

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
